Went to buy a specific car on tues they found it in VA brought it in on wed and i was out

I was looking around for a vehicle for my granddaughter. I stopped by OURISMAN HONDA OF LAUREL and as I entered the building the pronounced layout and the spit & polished overview of theshowroom was a definate eye catcher. I was greeted by Bishop AJ JOHNSON with a gracious smile and a "welcome to Ourisman Honda of Laurel". I introduced myself and immediately explained that I was not ready to make a purchase, I just wanted to look around. He replied, "Mr Coleman,we are not here just to make money from a possible sale, we want to make sure that each and every person entering our facilities is happier, satisified, and much more relaxed when they leave than they were when thay came in.' AJ stayed with me the entire time, showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see and explained all the features jn the ones I was most interested in. Great buying experience of a 2010 Honda Crosstour at Ourisman Laurel Honda. I used their online information request and was promptly called by Greg Killian who let me know the vehicle I was asking about was available and I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealership Greg just returned from making sure the car had plenty of gas and we went on a no rush test drive. Greg is a very personable salesman and a pleasure to deal with. The whole purchase process took a little longer than expected (about 4 hours) but overall a good experience.

We drove all the way from Virginia Beach, Va. because of the very good price on a 2010 Honda CRV. We were pleased with the condition and presentation of the car and especially happy because of the price. We are senior citizens and probably would never travel this far again, but the treatment by Mike Scandora & others made it a decent experience. I would recommend this dealership to any body in the market.

My wife and I recently bought our 3rd vehicle from Ourisman and are very happy with our purchase. Ourisman explained all of the options/differences between different models of the Odysee to ensure we were getting what we wanted. They even brought the agreement to our home to sign since we could not make it back that evening due to our daughter being sick.
