Purchased a 2013 VW Passat
Was only looking at cars not really planning on purchasing one. Went to the dealership and once I spoke to the sales man and test drove the cars. Great coustomer service from Walter Fletcher and Antwane Johnson both of these sales reps where great understanding and pataient.

Ourisman Honda of Laurel
We bought a 2010 Honda CRV from Ourisman several weeks ago and were extremely pleased with the purchase price, the service we received from Mike Scandora and all the staff at Ourisman Honda. The car was delivered in ;immaculate condition, and all the paperwork was handled as painlessly as possible. I would recommend Ourisman to any one.

My wife purchased a 2013 Accord and returned it the next...
My wife purchased a 2013 Accord and returned it the next day because it felt to big for her. She test drove a Jetta and loved it .The salesman from Ourisman V.W. accompanied us to the Honda store and talked to Hank the sales manager who wouldnt even pick up his head from the computer. He pointed to the gentleman next to him and said trade it in . The appraiser gave us 4000.00 less than we paid less than 24 hours earlier. I completely understand that the value goes down once the vehicle is titled and I knew we would lose money. We went next door and bought the Jetta at full sticker price but my wife loves the car. The sales manager had zero compassion for my wife who was visibly upset , he never even looked up . We had a very good experience with our sales person , but when we needed some help from management there was none.

I have used this dealership to service my 2008 Honda...
I have used this dealership to service my 2008 Honda Odyssey for many years. I have always worked with Randi in service. I come here because I get a great deal. An example, they replaced my timing belt, water pump and all of the belts (plus a few extra things I wanted done) for just over $1000. I compared what they quoted me at another Honda dealer and at an independent repair place. Laurel Honda Service was the exact same price as the other Honda dealer and was within $15 of the independent dealer. The deciding point was the Laurel Honda service staff. They are professional and knowledgeable. I feel like they care about me as a customer and they have the best interest of my Honda in mind. I would whole heartedly recommend this service center for your Honda. As the Laurel Honda service staff reads this review and wonders what customer I am -- who else brings Randi candy bars?

What a great car-buying experience at Ourisman! Each step in the process – from the initial research and question-asking phase, to test driving, to working out financing – was smooth, comfortable, and pressure-free. In sales, Marshall was a great pleasure to work with – friendly, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable, he provided the information I needed in a way that was fact-based, clear, and free from the confusion and discomfort often associated with the car buying experience. It was a refreshing change from the typical dealership experience - relaxing, informative, and downright enjoyable. In finance, Walter was wonderful to work with, as well – easygoing and straightforward, he kept each step clear and understandable, and made the process as quick and easy as possible. Since my purchase, I’ve also been impressed with the service department at Ourisman – the staff is friendly and professional and maintenance was taken care of efficiently, without the pressure to add extra (unneeded) services. With approachable, knowledgeable staff and particularly strong customer service, Ourisman is clearly a cut above the rest - they have my highest recommendation.

A GREAT ASPIRATION
I was looking around for a vehicle for my granddaughter. I stopped by OURISMAN HONDA OF LAUREL and as I entered the building the pronounced layout and the spit & polished overview of theshowroom was a definate eye catcher. I was greeted by Bishop AJ JOHNSON with a gracious smile and a "welcome to Ourisman Honda of Laurel". I introduced myself and immediately explained that I was not ready to make a purchase, I just wanted to look around. He replied, "Mr Coleman,we are not here just to make money from a possible sale, we want to make sure that each and every person entering our facilities is happier, satisified, and much more relaxed when they leave than they were when thay came in.' AJ stayed with me the entire time, showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see and explained all the features jn the ones I was most interested in.
