Bought a 2011 Civic from here in Feb. 2011. Starting July...
Bought a 2011 Civic from here in Feb. 2011. Starting July of 2012, my Air Conditioner started having intermittent problems. Occasionally, it would take about 20 mins for the AC to come on. I scheduled a time to come in for them to fix it...waited about an hour...and they said it was fixed. Then the problem started happening again a few days later. I scheduled another time (for a saturday morning) to have it fixed, and Jerry said that I could drop it off overnight and have it done by noon. I did just that. Then, I called around 11am, and they said that they had not gotten to it yet. They proceeded to tell me that night drops are "last priority" and that they would get to my car when they get a chance. I reminded them that I needed it by noon and that Jerry told me that they would have it done by noon. When I went in at noon to pick it up, as my complaint to the GM had gotten them to actually look at it by noon, they said nothing was wrong with my AC and that since they cannot duplicate the problem, they could not fix it. This went away for a while until this past monday. At that time, the AC went completely out, so I drove straight from my office to the dealership (ourisman of laurel). When I got there, the service adviser came out and felt that there was no air coming out and that the AC was in fact at full blast (ie: it was broken and he saw that). He then told me that his GM said that they were not going to help me, but he gave me no reason why. I reminded him that they had told me they needed to see the problem so they could fix it. To this he responded, "your words are falling on deaf ears." The service adviser did not document that he witnessed my broken AC, so when I complained about this to American Honda Co, there was no proof that the service adviser saw it was broken. Ourisman refused me service and is just trying to hold me off until I am out of warranty so I would then have to pay to get this fixed. They are rude, inconsistent, and are only there to rip people off. Still haven't gotten my AC fixed, because they refuse to help me. Guess they just don't want to bother with warranty problems.

This dealership disappointed me so bad that I could...
This dealership disappointed me so bad that I could scream. I was looking at a VW used convertible bug they had and I live about two hours away from the, so I kept in contact to make sure the car was still available. When I get there I ask for James who comes out and says well the car didn't pass inspection but you can look at it, he said we have inspection places that we can send it off to, to get re inspected. So I say sure I'll look at it, then he comes back and says well the car is already on the trailer going back to auction. As I am standing there I see the car on the back leaving the lot. I ask him why didn't he call me he said you were suppose to call and let us know you were coming and I did re hear the voice mail he left me which I have saved and it never said give us a call. He was very rude and should not be a salesman, i have met salesman and he probably is the rudest one. He also blamed it on that he wasn't at work yesterday is what he says. As I am leaving I said you should have called me he said "Uh Okay" and walks back inside. He didn't try to do anything to make the situation better he was just flat out RUDE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE AND WOULD NOT GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, please accept my apologies that we were unable to help you secure this VW convertible that you were hoping to purchase. When you arrived Saturday morning, James only learned at that time, the vehicle you were interested in did not pass or meet our standards. I also want to stress that we thoroughly inspect every vehicle we sell. While I am sorry you did not receive the treatment you expected, I’m grateful that we did not sell you a vehicle that could have been questionable or did not meet our standards. We have a great reputation and we only sell quality vehicles. I hope you have found the vehilce you were looking for. My experience at this Honda dealership was more than I expected. On a whim (July 18, 2012), I decided to make a trip to the dealer to see what they had. Being that I was already a Honda (2000 Civic) owner, the decision to purchase another Honda was easy. Immediately I was greeted at the door by the receptionist, Mrs. Sonia. Shortly after, Mr. David Jones introduced himself and this is where it all began... I was expecting a pushy car salesman and walked in with my guard already up. I was pleasantly surprised that Mr. David Jones was nothing like the "salesman" I had envisioned in my head. Mr. Jones spent the next 2 days (July 19 & 20) with me and allowed me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed. He was patient throughout the entire process. His customer service was outstanding beginning with the offers for refreshments, snacks and lunches, letting me test drive numerous cars, negotiating a good price and following me to my home so that I could drop my "old" car off (I wanted to drive the new one home). He made sure he knew what was important to me as a consumer, wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell me a car I was ready to settle for...and even suggested I take a day to really consider my purchase. Although I did spend the majority of my time with Mr. David Jones, I had the pleasure of meeting other staff and sales associates while I was there. Mrs. Sonia at the front desk, Mrs. Lisa Call (who stayed late to look through her inventory of incoming cars and also told me "not to settle"), Mr. Tyrone Cypress in Financing, Mr. Andre Turner, Mr. James Jones & Mr. Wilfredo Iraheta (who runs the car detailing portion of the dealership).... Everyone I encountered was professional and most importantly, friendly! Thank you Mr. David Jones & Ourisman Honda of Laurel, I love my new Honda CR-V with Navigation!

I had just received word that my car was totalled after I...
I had just received word that my car was totalled after I was smashed between 2 SUV's and I only had a small window to turn in my rental car and get a new vehicle. I found this VW Tiguan on line and was interested in the vehicle. My finace and I drove up to the dealership and ended up speaking with Rachel. Though there was confusion with the vehicle I saw on line, Rachel was full of knowledge about VW vehicles. She worked with me and understood what I was looking for. We ended up getting the vehicle we saw on-line after Rachel was abel to clear up the confusion. Rachel did not force us into a sale and she did not force me to look at something that I was not interested in look at. She even insisted that I take a day to decide before jumping into the purchase of a slightly used vehicle, especially because this would be my first SUV. We took the night to think about it and the next day we went to purchase the vehicle. Not only was Rachel very helpful, everyone there was very nice, we were offered a piece of pizza and some water, and we were constantly being checked on. We ended up having some problems with the vehicle, which Rachel helped ensure that everything was taken care of. She ensured we had a rental vehicle while they took at look at ours and the whole team was nothing but apologetic for the incident. The car has been fixed and we have been very pleased with our decision. My finance is even planning on going back there next year to work with Rachel on the sale of a VW vehicle. The greatest experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

Best car buying experience ever!
This dealership has the best customer service. I bought my Jetta from Louis. He was very patience, never pushy and took the time to show me all the features of the car. The sales manager Paul also went above and beyond during the process. I love my new car! I will be coming back for servicing if needed to this dealer!

When I received my survey from Volkswagen, I specifically wanted the Ourisman Executives to know how happy I was (and still am) with the performance of their Sales Associate. The Ourisman Family should be very proud to have such a wonderful Salse person on their staff. My wife is still bragging, smiling, and enjoying her new Beetle - plus she loves me a bit more because I made a good decision by purchasing this wonderful VW product.......
