Ourisman VW of Laurel - Curbside pickup and home delivery available

My daughter and I visited the dealership a year ago to check out the models and to get an idea on what was available. Mike Morris was our salesperson and was very cordial and patient with us. I decided to buy a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta for my wife for Christmas. My daughter recently bought a Tiguan, and a week later, I chose a Toureg. We are all very happy with the cars and service so far. The entire staff at Ourisman were very friendly, and answered all of our questions with honesty and complete knowledge of their vehicles. Mike is a great salesman, and I look forward to sending him as much business as I can.

Although I've referred friends to the dealership (and they themselves have purchased vehicles), personally, this is about the 5th car that I've purchased from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. I'm extremely pleased with the level of service that I receive -- I always leave with a great feeling. And even though I live approximately 35 minutes from the dealership (yes, there is a Honda dealership in my own area), I choose to continue going to Ourisman Honda of Laurel for all of my car related needs, including service. This is the first time I've worked with Shawn, and as I have already stated in an email to his manager, his level of service is second to none. I've worked with Joe previously, so when I knew that I was going to purchase another vehicle, I specifically requested to work with him again. I have a friend who intends on purchasing a vehicle later this year. Needless to say, I already know where I'll be taking her, and who we'll be working with. I think the ratings that I've given in each area are appropriate and well deserved.

Frank Jackson worked with us to select the perfect vehicle for my daughter - my wife and I were surprising her. Frank had the car detailed and cleaned and surrounded the car with balloons upon our arrival to sign the paperwork. My daughter was ecstatic and was so excited. Frank and the dealership realy made her feel special - it is a day she will truly never forget. Debbie Lewis did an OUTSTANDING job of understanding our price points and getting us the BEST possible interest rate for our loan - the process was seemless and professional. Debbie showed us several options that met our budget and once we picked which one was best for us - we signed the paperwork and took delivery. It was a pleasure to meet James Jones and be assisted by him. He was extremely professional, non-pressuring and he really listened to my concerns with regards to what I needed and wanted in a new vehicle. While the wait to the finance office was lengthy due to a shortage of assistance in that dept., Mr. Jones offered to purchase food for my boyfriend and I--to me that's going above and beyond and it was much appreciated--we were starving. My deal was finally closed at 1:00am--the longest I've ever experienced, and while it was a long day of decision making, punching numbers and waiting, it was a rewarding experience to say the least--one that I won't forget, not to mention it was my birthday and I'd rather had been elsewhere celebrating, but Mr. Jones made it pleasurable as best he could.
