Isaac, Joe and the whole team made the experience enjoyable. They listened to my needs as well as my desires. I was new to Volkswagen and wasn't too familiar with their product line. They eased me into the various aspects of German engineering, they didn't over do it, they were clear and focused on what I didn't know and respected what I did.

New 2012 Honda Pilot Purchase
My buying experience with Owen was excellent! He was honest from the beginning and did everything he could to help me get the deal I wanted. He went above and beyond. I had a great experience with Ourisman Honda! I would definitely recommend Owen for a smooth car buying experience.

Needle in a haystack!
We had been searching for a VW diesel and had a difficult time finding one in our price range. Isaac Chee called me often trying to help us find the right VW as they were traded in or became available. Finally, after looking at a bunch of them, he found the perfect car and we took delivery in a few days after Ourisman inspected and certified the car. Our family loves the car and we are saving every day on fuel.. Thanks to Isaac and Joe, it was a great experience. I'll return for service.

Drove 1 hour only to be told it has been sold
I corresponded with Frank on Friday afternoon around 5:30pm and he said he would call me back if we can possibly agree on a ballpark price on an Element I was interested in. I didn't receive a call and called back a couple of hours later and was told he was gone for the day. I drove to the dealer first thing in the morning with my family to see the Element in person and was told by Frank that it was sold last night. I asked why he didn't call me back and said he did and left a message which he probably did but not me. So I wasted a trip to Ourisman in Laurel only to be told the vehicle is no longer available. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Best of the best
I had been shopping for a new Honda for a few weeks. I had been to many dealerships but once I walked into Ourisman Honda of Laurel I knew this is where I wanted to buy my Honda. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a person not just a walking check book. They took their time showing me all the different features and explaining all the options. Once I picked out a car the finance manager took her time going over all the programs available to me and offered me some wonderful products. Like I said had had been to many different dealerships but not anymore. I have no found a home.

Visited this dealership prior to bringing my wife and 12-day old baby in to finalize the purchase. Shawn and staff were initially friendly, but pressured me to purchased that day for an additional $500 credit toward a vehicle. Sale was to include a trade-in. I asked Shawn for the amount I should write on the check; he said $11,590 and I have his scratch paper showing his calculations. I later brought my wife and baby into the dealership. He had tweaked some numbers and now the price was over $1,500 more than our originally agreed upon price. He denied offering the $11,590 price until I showed him his scratch paper at which time he said that wasn't the "drive away price." I'm not sure why I would write a check for $11,590 if that wasn't the "drive away price." We walked out.

First, I would like to apologize that there was any breakdown in communication between the sales person and this consumer. This is never our intention; however, I am very relieved it was caught prior to finalizing the transaction. Second, I need to offer these important details. Everything is placed in writing and doubled checked by a manager and the customer, each party signs off, prior to finalizing the purchase contract. If the Maryland Sales tax was not added to the transaction by a salesperson, intentionally or not, that does not mean this tax obligation disappears. It is our company policy to immediately refund any tax or tags overcharges if they should ever occur.

Joe was helping me find insurance and we tried 4 different companies who were all giving me VERY expensive quotes. Joe called one last person he had built a relationship with and they gave me a quote that was at a great rate. Joe was past scheduled tr to get off work and I was beginning to get irritated that I spent 4 hours there and walked away with nothing, but Joe's efforts allowed me to walk away with a car that I desperately needed. Not to mention that when I went to pick up my old car from the lot it wouldn't start.

The customer service was great, they answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. There was no extensive haggling necessary, the pricing was more than reasonable, and everyone from the manager to especially the dealer were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and related to what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market. Happy with my new car too, got exactly what I wanted.
