Awful service center, and even more horrible management. Do not bring your vehicle here for service. Their service technicians are incapable of identitifying the issue with your vehicle, and will instead bill you thousands for other issues rather than be honest they couldn't find and fix the problem you came for. This facility is deceptive and negligent. Don't say you weren't warned. Look at their reviews, this shadiness is very clearly a pattern of behavior by GM Isaac Chee and Service Manager Michael Guard. You will be sorry if you come here, simple as that.

Stay away.
Had to argue to get price promised. After finance offered service content that could be canceled up to 30 days. After research tried to cancel and no one will answer their phones or return email. Look around, common complaint.

I bought a car for my daughter. It was $2,300 higher than listed price. More importantly Ricky Dickens gave me his word he would fix any issues with car. Heated seats did not work. He ignored my emails to fix.

purchased a vehicle from that dealership and they screwed me over, they sold a used car which is a year old for the price of a brand new one. Plus they gave me a higher interest rate eventhough I have a perfect credit score. I will never go back there nor would I refer anyone I know there. Please stay away from that dealership, especially if you are military.

My 19 year old went there to buy a car, stationed there...
My 19 year old went there to buy a car, stationed there in the Air Force.. the used vehicle was listed online at $8500 but his final sales paperwork was at $10,000. They took advantage of him saying there was a fee that had to be added to the sales price a “pre delivery inspection fee” that is not disclosed on any of his paperwork! It’s unfortunate for someone to take advantage of a young man, new to the service, not earning that much money, and hoodwink him like that. This is a dishonest sales tactic! I have the screenshoot of the vehicle price as proof !

Had a great experience buying a car here - drove down from NJ for sales manager Bill who got me approved (not easy) and a great deal in hours. Started out looking for a used or a 2020 but Goldie and Bill had me outta there in an hour and a half in brand new 2021 Jetta. LOVE IT. Highly recommend Bill and Goldie at Ourisman.

Do not buy a used car from here. They are not honest. The car I bought was put through an inspection at a Laurel station, yet broke down 2 days after the 1 month. We were told "not our problem"~ Major issues with the car that should have been seen in the inspection or before being advertised online by Ourisman. Shady!
