Great Experience and Salesperson

I had a wonderful buying experience with Anthony. The entire team did everything they could to go above and beyond to sell me the car I wanted and keep it within my price range. Anthony was fantastic.

Very efficient, positive dealership. Made car-buying easy.

We test drove the car without a chaperone which was very beneficial for us to exchange our comments about the car privately. The Sales Rep, Jimmiw Powell was low-key, easy-going and didn't pressure us in any way. We felt very comfortable dealing with him and his managers. They were very accommodating in every way.

Highly recommend

Everyone I worked with went out of their way to make a (normally very stressful) process as smooth and low-pressure as possible. They listened to what I wanted and gave me helpful options. I left the dealership beaming.

Great service. Questionable customer service

I've been taking my car here for service for a long time; quality repairs at reasonable rates. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is awesome. Recently they started sending out surveys and I received a call from a service advisor, because I didn't give them the absolute highest marks. He interrogated me and brow beat me over the phone for lack of perfect scores. I was taken aback. Unfortunately, I've seen food servers ask for the best scores too. Don't ask earn. I recently had an encounter with Walmart and at the end of the chat session the customer representative simply said something to the effect of please take the time to fill out a survey. Rate us objectively and let us know how we did. Five stars to them! I'm on the fence about returning to Ourisman Honda for service.

Great car buying experience

We bought our new Honda CRV 3 days before Christmas and it was a very smooth process and the sales associate Jimmie Powell, was excellent ! We were able to drive our new vehicle to Florida for the holidays in a larger safe reliable vehicle! I will be buying my next CRV from Ourisman Honda!

Excellent

We had previously purchased a VW from Ourisman and were very pleased with the experience. So when we decided to purchase a Honda, I told my husband I wanted to come back to Ourisman. We've purchased from many dealerships in the past 25 years, and Ourisman stands above all of them with excellent customer service, price and taking care of you after the sale!! I sent a request via the internet for the CR-V that I was interested in and heard back from a Earl and Anthony right away. They both went above and beyond to get the exact model I wanted, which also meant Anthony going to pick up the vehicle late on a Friday night. He stayed after his shift was over to complete the transaction and show us our new car. The entire transaction could not have gone any smoother!! Thank you Anthony and Earl, I love my new CR-V!! Also Tony in finance was great, got us in and out quickly and efficiently! Thank you!

So yeah

I came in and bought a honda civic si. I had no problems with pricing service or anything else. The staff and Anthony specially were no bullcrap kind of people and I enjoyed that, I came in know what I wanted and they pointed me in the direction. They worked with me on the price of the vehicle and I have no complaints.
