This was my first new car purchase. I have been intimidated by people’s talk about how car salesperson are the worst service providers confusing and rushing people into buying. My experience at this dealership is the complete opposite. I wasn’t rushed and everyone was very cooperative especially Jim who went extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in knowing what we wanted and were not hassled into buying more. Friendly and professional service.only thing I would have changed was asking for paperwork in advance as this did take a bit more time than I would have liked.

For my wife's 50th birthday, I wanted to purchase a brand new Honda HRV or CRV so I contacted Ourisman Honda and spoke with Mr. Brandon Jester to set up an appointment for Friday morning, December 28, 2018, at 9:30AM. That same evening, Mr. Jimmie Powell, Senior Sales Representative gave me a courtesy call at home to confirm my Friday appointment. On 12/28/2018, we met with Mr. Powell and from the time we walked in to the dealership to the time we left, the customer service was absolutely incredible. Mr. Powell clearly explained the process and provided us with the right options for my wife's needs and wants. Also, Mr. Tony Kim, Business Manager was very thorough and clearly explained our warranty and payment options through our lender, Tower Federal Credit Union.
