An associate of Ramon's (Kenny) brought my potential car around and allowed me to take a final look at it and answered last minute questions. This was while I was waiting for Ramon to finish another task. At no time did I feel pressured and his co-worker was taking his own time, even though it wasn't his sale, to help me.
