My Honda van had over 200,000 miles on it. It’s been cross country from California and out of Country there and back to Canada. My boys have grown up in that car. It did it’s duty. So, when it died we were going to stay with Honda because it was so reliable. The Salesmen at Honda were just as reliable. My husband and I were very happy with our experience. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the car which was basically like driving a computer! He was patient with us and answered all our questions. In the end we knew we were staying with Honda but also knew we were staying with this dealership!

Purchase experience from June 2018. We shopped around and gathered information for a few days. I stopped by Ourisman Honda of Laurel after work one day. I was kindly greeted by Ramon and was very specific in what we wanted as my son was ready to purchase his 1st new car. A huge purchase for a 20 year old to take on. Since he's in the Air Force and I had a wedding to attend that weekend, we had limited time. We were able to call and text Ramon with ease. He fielded tons of questions, even up to the last minute of purchase and after purchase. Both personable and professional during all of our communication. We were able to work out most of the details by phone/text, prior to coming in for the purchase on Saturday morning. Earl was very helpful to get the financing worked out ahead of time and work out some details along the way. Any of the paperwork that could be prepared ahead of time was ready when we returned on Saturday. Ramon was able to have the car we wanted transferred and at the front door upon our arrival. We took a short test drive. Ramon is full of knowledge on the Honda Civic EX hatchback with Sensing, offering a plethora of helpful information throughout the drive and back at the dealership. By far, the best car buying experience I have had to date. Ramon is excellent at his job. Not overbearing like a lot of sales people. Cool, calm and collected in his demeanor; this was a HUGE help to us in the purchase. We will definitely be back to Ramon for any Honda purchase and would highly recommend.
