Oursiman Honda ia where I bought my car and I have been so happy with it. My husband has been going there looking at cars for several months. He feel in love with the Honda Accord fully loaded with all those cool safety devices. We went today and met with Jim Powell who gave us excellent service in meeting our needs. He was kind, patient and friendly with my husband and myself. It took time to explain the documents and assisted with helping to set things up in the car. One day as I was driving I decided to stop into the Ourisman Honda Dealership. My encounter was pleasant and friendly. The salesman I spoke with named Jimmie was very nice. He provided me with great customer service and I left happy and very well informed. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I’m so glad I stopped by. I’ll definitely be referring my colleagues.

Walked into the dealership knowing what my budget was and what my needs were but was not sure what my options were. Mfon asked me all the right questions, looked at the inventory and showed me a few options. He really made me feel comfortable taking my time to look and to decide. I never felt pressured with Mfon. I saw a few cosmetic things wrong with the car I was leaning towards. Grabbed something to eat down the road (still hadn't made a decision yet) and then came back. All my concerns were addressed and corrected while I was at dinner. By far one of the best car buying experiences. Highly recommend dealing with Mfon at Ourisman Honda/Volkswagon. Did I mention he sells both new AND used cars? He showed me both and I purchased a used car that looks and runs like new :)
