I called the dealership after seeing a beautiful used Scion Tc for a great price. Naturally I wasn't the only one interested in this car as a dealership employee was test-driving it as I was calling. James Jones ensured that the second that employee makes their decision he will call me. James did exactly as promised and said I can drive up and look at the vehicle. This respect and delivery of promises is what had me travel over an hour to just see the vehicle. Within 45 minutes of meeting James and test driving the vehicle I sent my family home because I trusted that because I am interested in driving the vehicle off of the lot, James was going to help make it happen. James did just that, helping me navigate the paperwork, leading me to finance, and the final shake of the hand before I left. He even followed up the next day by phone to see if I was satisfied. I'm extremely satisfied with this dealer and specifically Mr. James Jones. If you show respect, he will reciprocate respect. If you are seriously considering buying a vehicle and don't want to play games, you want to ask for James Jones at Ourisman Honda/Volkswagen of Laurel.

Mfon, the soft-spoken salesman did a wonderful job. The finance lady, sorry I forgot your name, was truly amazing. She did the best she could to come up with something. They both deserve a raise this year!

I have bought my last 3 new vehicles at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. I have always had positive experiences there and would highly recommend them. I first spoke with Jimmie Powell and he answered all my questions and got me started test driving vehicles with Mfon. Jimmie was very nice and helpful. Then Mfon took me on several test drives and was telling me about all the vehicle features as I drove each one. Mfon is super nice and very laid back. Ourisman got me the car I wanted the same day and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!

We've had over 25 years of purchasing from Ourisman Honda, Laurel, and three of our vehicles have come from them. Meeting and working with Mr Mfon was an extremely pleasant and fun experience. Cordial, courteous, patient and knowledgeable, he was so helpful in narrowing down my wide range of nonfocus and choice of vehicle easily and quickly and with humor. This isn’t like most typical car dealerships! The guys here were amazing and made sure to go the extra mile with everything. Mr. Moon was very helpful and did not pressure us. He was thorough and honest. Jennifer in financing made that part of car buying you dread the most into a pleasant chat with the business conducted almost painlessly and very clearly. As the owner of my third (Ourisman) Honda, I have to say, the service received at Ourisman Laurel has always been wonderful. I knew exactly where I wanted to go for my new car. Thanks to Rob Mil, I had very little hassle of selecting and buying, having worked with him since my first Honda in 2010. He was aware I knew exactly what I wanted from the moment I walked in. A thank you as well, to Ramon Hart, the tech guru who went over all the fancy new gadgets. As always, it was a pleasure to end the experience with Joe Razulzad, in Finance, who'd recognized me, even though my last purchase was in 2012 (Honda #2). He explained every option available, color choices, model years available, and the range of prices. I ended up with a beautiful Honda, My distaste of car shopping has come to an end.
