I came in to have my 2013 Honda CR-V serviced. My son in law showed me a new CR-V and I fell in love. The staff at Ourisman Honda of Laurel are so pleasant and easy to work with. Of course I have to take my hat off to my son in law who went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier!

Brand new CR-V purchase
Anthony Davenport was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicle, and incredibly patient in explaining how to use all of them for us. He provided a wealth of information on not only the Honda, but also the Mazda we were considering from a different dealership! He was incredibly honest and secured a deal for us well below MSRP. I would highly recommend this dealership and Anthony to any interested buyer. Brian took the time to explain all of the add-ons for purchase to us as well as gave an honest assessment of which we really needed given our insurance and already included options as first time buyers.

Didn't do what we asked
We called and made an appointment with specific items to be done for the service appointment. The car wanted the full "B" service, but I didn't want to pay for them to change the air filter, so I specifically specified B1 and B3 service. I verified by both the confirmation and reminder emails that only what we wanted was to be performed. My wife dropped the car off and they upsold her on the filter change that I had explicitly excluded and it was obvious from the writeup that we didn't want it. While it is partly my fault for not re-iterating to my wife I didn't want the filters changed, it was obvious from our appointment request that I didn't want the filter change. I contacted the service manager afterwards and was assured that the service advisor would contact me in one business day. One week later, I've had to contact the service manager again with the same assurance the advisor would contact me again and still nothing from the service advisor. I will not be back.
