I walked in to Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel expecting to buy a 2017 Accord Sport. I liked the idea of the V6 Touring, but it seemed like a long shot. Brandon was very helpful in identifying the differences between the two trims and showing all the features that both the Sport and Touring had to offer. I had the chance to drive the Sport, which was a very pleasant ride. Later, even though I felt the Touring was perhaps a little outside my budget, Brandon encouraged me to take it for a spin. I knew very quickly that I was in love with the vehicle and made up my mind. Brandon and Michelle were very helpful in getting me squared away with the Touring; I was in and out of there in only a couple of hours! Could not have been a smoother experience. Chuka exceeded my expectations. He greeted me when I arrived and made the buying process very easy.
