Putting People First

I had a great experience working with Laura. She was friendly and helpful and did not waste my time. I came in as a walk-in with no appointment and was provided assistance immediately. Laura showed me what was in my range and what I was looking for without trying to peddle or push. We test drove and after making a decision then walked through a purchase process quickly and pain free. I was given an inviting and comfortable environment where I did not feel pushed or pressured. She even gave me some coffee while I waited for a little bit of the paperwork. I was then put in the care of Debbie Lewis who did a great job of walking me through the finance portion of my visit. Debbie handled all my finance paperwork and was very friendly and upfront about all the offers, pro-cons of extra packages ect. I even went back to change one of my add-on options and the process was easy and painfree. She answered every question I had and made polite small talk. Great communication with quick response and friendly service. I walked out of 3 other dealerships earlier that same day because of the poor customer service and uninviting demeanor of the sales staff. The folks here at Ourisman Honda in Laurel treated me well and that matters more to me than just a good sticker price. Fortunately they had both a good deal on the car and a great sales team to go with it. A++, will be back. ~Joe L.

Piece of cake

I had a great experience working with Laura to buy my first car. She found me the exact trim and color I wanted when others couldn't. She stayed late to make sure the car arrived, and met me the next morning to finish the deal. I'm very happy!

Richard was great

Richard was very passionate, knowledgeable and prepared in walking me through the various options in buying a car. I had spoken with him at an event about various car options at VW. We agreed on a time to meet at the dealership and when I showed up he already had the car I was interested in ready for a test drive. He went the extra mile to ensure it was my preferred color. Richard is incredible

Richard was great! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we were looking for. We went to the dealership 3 times and Richard was extremely professional every single time and was patient with us. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our decision. Great, fast service!

The sales associate Laura was very dedicated in helping me find a vehicle in a price range that would fit my budget. After I made my decision everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and I was out the door in no time! Thank you Ourisman Honda in Laurel!

Got exactly what we wanted in a Golf Alltrack

We were pleasantly surprised to get a quick turn in for our Jetta TDI Sportwagen under the buyback program, replacing it with a hard to find Alltrack with the exact options we wanted. Bill Goldsmith went out of his way to make this happen, getting the car from 350 miles away. We are very happy with the vehicle, and appreciate the effort it took for Bill to secure it. We also very much appreciate Isaac Chee's efficient help with processing our old car through the buyback process, and Jennifer Smith's excellent guidance with the financing and maintenance options. Jennifer steered us to make an advantageous trade of debt with the buyback funds in our personal finances, which we never considered prior to the deal. Also, Bruce Nunez gave us a very cogent orientation in limited time. Great team, good deal. You guys have earned our future business.

Put air filter in backwards and trans fluid done wrong

My wife went to this dealership to have her service done and it turns out they did a terrible job! First the air filter was put in backwards, and this led to some terrible odors in the car. Secondly the transmission fluid was improperly flushed and we has to get it flushed again! We had to do a second service at another dealership because of their mistakes. I don't know if they were in a rush, but they cost us a log of money. Never going here again.
