Before purchasing my 2017 CR-V, I conducted serious research. Brandon responded quickly through email with the best price out of multiple dealerships. Brandon always responded within the hour, and he was patient with me as I asked many questions about price and features. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Brandon greeted us and went above and beyond to show us the features of the car and get us on the road. Earl, the sales manager, provided me the documentation that I needed even before I entered the dealership. They worked with me virtually for one week before I came into the dealership to sign the paperwork. When we arrived, he introduced himself and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Joe informed us about all the warranty options available and gave us time to make our decision. He made it easy to sign everything, and my wife and I were done in a 2-hour time frame.
