From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome, but I especially want to recognize our salesperson, Matt. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive to our needs. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without pressure, and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. Matt’s professionalism and responsiveness made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. The entire process—from selecting the vehicle to finalizing the paperwork—was quick, efficient, and straightforward. My husband and I left the dealership not only excited about our new car but also thoroughly impressed by the level of service we received. Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! Answered numerous questions and concerns via text with record response time. Further worked magic with my husband in Maryland to finalize the purchase and had it delivered to our Maryland home which is 30 miles from the dealership. Emmanuel earned this sale and my respect!
