My sales rep, Ozzie spent time with me to review the car

My sales rep, Ozzie spent time with me to review the car and answer all my questions. He was very helpful and patient. Ryan explained all the paperwork and reviewed the warranties that would work best for me. Edna set up my car preferences and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Muller Honda

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Muller Honda of Gurnee. While they did not have exactly what I wanted on their lot Gracie did locate and bring in a match for the vehicle I wanted and emailed to let me know of it’s arrival. Gracie was quiet and efficient. She did not push me into a car or deal. When I went to pick up vehicle Edna was patient with me and listened to my needs as she programmed my desires into car’s technology (and offered her phone number and future support if/when needed). Josh wrapped up my new purchase. While presenting additional warranties available for purchase he did so without trying to push additional expenses. I dread car dealerships and this team was professional and patient with me and not pushy. I recommend this Muller team.

Overall very good experience.

Overall very good experience. My conversations with Ivan, the sales rep, over several days were efficient. We got to a place where we were ready to make the transaction rather quickly. The day I went to pick up the vehicle I also had a good experience with Ryan, the finance manager. While it’s part of his role to inform in all the extra warranty options, he was more educational and less pressure sale. I thought that was very professional and I think others reading this review will agree. The transaction was efficient and cordial. I appreciated both aspects. Good review of this dealership based on my interactions with Ivan and Ryan.

The people at muller Honda of Gurnee were great.

The people at muller Honda of Gurnee were great. No pressure and very informative. Gracie, our sales person, was responsive and remember all of my requests when I came to pick up the car. Edna, the person who trained me on all of the features and options, walked me through the setup and patiently let me make decisions on the radio and phone and security, etc. Then she gave me her cell number and said that I could call her at anytime with questions. Best closing and pickup that I’ve ever had

Dealership would not give us a trade in value for our 2

Dealership would not give us a trade in value for our 2 year old vehicle with 5500 miles on it .. we love 4 hours away and told them that … we sent pics and they continued to ignore our questions . Other dealerships that far away gave us trade in values and lowered there vehicle by 2-4 k off msrp. then for there this dealership wanted msrp when Honda was giving 1750 in rebates at the time…. Greedy dealership , salesperson stated “it you can’t drive 4 hours for us to look at it then we don’t want to sell you a vehicle! “ . We asked to talk with sales manager or any other sales person… they ignored multiple requests.

This dealership is good except that Honda themselves had

This dealership is good except that Honda themselves had to force them to give us a manual and warranty information. I have repeatedly tried to contact someone because there is almost a 2000 charge on my contract for an interior and exterior wear a tear policy is what I call it. I told them that I dont want it and to refund it. I think it is illegal to force this on someone and not refund it when they ask. It has been 9 months, no refund and no information on this at all. When I tried to reach service no call back at all either

They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from

They literally lied to me after I'd purchased 5 cars from them and told me the price I was promised I could buy the car at upon completion of the lease was a "cash only" price and because I needed to finance that Honda "required" them to sell it to me for $7000 more! Was super upside down and just bought from a different Honda dealership who told me that was all just lies to scam me. Don't go here.

Jason was great!

Jason was great! He respected my time and had the cars ready for me. Plus, he was a good listener, and answered all my questions. I appreciated the information he provided along with his notes on the model differences. He was very helpful. No pressure.
