Litchfield Ford

I give 0 stars to Litchfield Ford customer service and product reliability for my 2015 Escape, which I bought from them with an extended warranty. Over the course of the past nine months, my transmission failed twice while driving on busy roads, leaving me stranded. When I asked about a loaner car, I had to wait days and pay for a rental car with my own money. When I asked about the repair timeframe, I was told that customers with appts get priority. Our family have always been fans of Ford. Those days are over. Shame on Litchfield Ford!

been a customer for years, work by technicians is very satisfactory,but... service policy is ridiculous and over priced. Scheduled appointment for tire switch, winter to summer. Asked to have trailer hitch electrical plug checked, thought it was fuses. was willing to pay $100 to repair if plug bad. was told it would cost $134 to even look at it. minimal of one hr labor. $134 to replace fuses if that was the problem??

I found the truck I needed and the coverage to match. My service has been prompt and thorough. They’ve done their best to make it convenient as well.

So I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to this dealer, but it was worth it. We were helped by Dan R. and he had the vehicle we were looking at ready for us to drive and a week later to take home (and that was just because of the my local CU process and time off from work). They even made the process easy even though I was from out of state. I recommend Litchfield Ford to everyone!! Its worth the drive away from the city but close to reality. I always thought New Jersey had the best deals but I know now to take the scenic drive to Litchfield.

Everyone was very helpful and kept me informed all along the way. They got my car back to me sooner than expected. That was great!

Just bought another truck from Litchfield Ford. This one is new, last one was used. Both experiences were great. Have also used them for parts and service. Every department has been honest, friendly, and helpful. Excellent all around.
