Amazing

Although I did not purchase my car I will be back to see Kirsy, she's so helpful and kind. I must of asked every question possible that I felt annoying at times but Kirsy was so understanding. She knew I was not looking to purchase that day but she took care of all my needs and even took me on a test drive. Which I must add that I visited 2 other dealers before meeting Kirsy and I was told " if you're not ready to but there's no point in a test drive". Kirsy thank you so much for helping me I'm coming to get my Acura tlx!

Hands Down The Best Auto Buying Experience Ever!

Lora and her team (Hamad & Ann) made this buying experience a breeze (in and out within an hour). I was actually on the verge of leaving the brand when I was convinced otherwise (had issues my leased 2015 TLX Tech ). We negotiated a 2017 RDX Advanced with which I’m more than satisfied. Lora and team were always available and responsive to my concerns and needs. A side note… this is my fifth lease with DCH. I’ve been with you guys since 2004. Great job! What else is there to say other than… DCH has an awesome sales team.

Enjoyable Car Buying Experience

Just leased a 2017 RDX. Paul was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions, and fully explain the various trim levels and features of the car. Paul also spent a significant amount of time with me demonstrating the technology features I wasn't familiar with. Never felt pressured to add options or features I wasn't interested in, and Hamad made the leasing process a breeze. Would definitely recommend DCH Montclair to anyone interested in an Acura.

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

The team at DCH Montclair Acura is simply fantastic across the board! I recently leased a 2017 RDX from them and I was lucky enough to work with Tim Jacoby, Paul Wong & Jaime Borja! All were so professional, so helpful, so insightful and so knowledgeable! After I had obtained quotes from a few other dealers, the guys at DCH presented to me an amazing price right away that was so much more competitive than anyone else! They got for me the exact car I wanted and the whole process was so quick, easy and stress-free. I was able to drop off my old Acura, pick up the new one all the same day and all within an hour! This is my 5th car leasing/buying and by far the best experience I have ever had. No need to shop anywhere else! Come to these guys right away and they will take care of you with white glove service! I love them and will absolutely come back over and over again.

Amazing Experience !!

My wife an I went there last night to see an ILX we saw on the website. We have been to 3 dealers the last week and all three we felt like we were from out of space, the way they treated us. We called a head to make sure the car was available and when we arrived we were greeted warmly and was assigned to Robert Colon. He grab the cars file and took the time to explain the cars history in every detail. Once we spent some time doing that he took us for a test drive. We felt like we already knew the car since we got its history. We fell in love with the car and decided to purchase it. After filling out the paper work we worked with Jaimie Borja, We closed the deal under special circumstances because Jaimie's Magic and the team here at DCH Acura. I strongly recommend this place and Robert Colon specifically because of how he made us feel. Thank you guys for taking care of us. Looking forward to our next purchase.

Very Helpful

I came in the other day, I am getting my license in the next 6 months so I just wanted to see what kind of cars were out there and see what my options were on financing/ leasing etc. I literally know nothing of the process but by the time I left I felt confident. Robert very casually showed me some cars that might suit my budget and explained how I could go about getting my first car. Not once did I feel pressured or did he make me feel like I was waisting his time. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to buy my first car. Thank you Robert, see you in a few months! Marcus

Professional And Forthright

Everyone was friendly and helpful

Walter suggested that we look at the TLX when we were looking at a crossover or SUV. He analyzed the advantages for us. Walter was very knowledgeable about the product. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns.
