I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Keith Mickens and I need to inform you that it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and he was able to meet my needs. There wasn't any hidden fees, no one lurking with googly eyes or panting at the door. Mr. Mickens was even kind enough to take me to the local Walgreens to pick up baby milk for my baby (forgot the milk at home geesh). Now that's a professional!
