A Painless Process

I visited the dealership and met Tony Karatzia. I explained what I wanted and Tony listened and provided me with a deal within the parameters we discussed. as a result, the process to close our deal took less than an hour and I picked the car up the following day. I have been an Acura owner since 1990 and experiences like this are a reason I will remain an Acura customer.

Wonderful Experience

This was absolutely the best and easiest buying experiencing I've had over the last 30 years. Don Nardone was friendly, courtesy, knowledgeable, and caring of our needs. I was naturally apprehensive, since the purchase was for my youngest daughter. Don immediately placed me at ease and handled the transaction as though he was buying for one of his own. I was pleasantly surprized at how smoothly it went and how competitively the car was priced. A great experience

I have leased many cars over the years, but this was going to be the first vehicle that I would actually purchase. My wife and I consider ourselves most fortunate to meet Mr. Tony Karatzia. He was professional, curious, and an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the question. We told Mr. Karatzia what we were looking for and bent over backward to make sure we got what we were looking for and for a great price. My wife and I found Tony honest and upfront. A refresh trait in a salesman. This was my family’s first luxury vehicle and Mr. Karatzia kindly walk us through the process. I would gladly purchase another car from him without a second thought. There would be no need for me to shop around, because I know that I could not find this kind of treatment anywhere else. I would recommend all my friends and family to see him, because Mr. Karatzia will give them the best car buying experience.

Excellent service

It was the best buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Tony Karatzia is truly a professional. He knew what I wanted. He didn't give me any pressure to make a deal, instead offered a great price. This dealership treats customers with honesty and respect. Great service, excellent car.

Fast with no hassles

Initially recommended to me by two of my colleagues. Now on my second Acura through DCH Montclair Acura. The second transaction was even easier and faster than the first. Zero hassles. Tony Karatzia made the process completely seamless (twice). Twenty minutes for initial deal and paperwork on the current car, and all papers and car ready at my convenience later that day. Routine service/maintenance experience equally strong.

Highly Recommended

There is no haggling or hassling at this DCH. I came here with a friend when he was buying an Acura and was so impressed by the service, I decided to come back when it was time for me to buy a new car. Our salesperson Jose was very courteous and very attentive. I drove off the lot the same day with all my favorite radio stations already set, my phone synced with the Bluetooth and my home address entered into the GPS. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

They make it easy and are reliable!

This is the second lease from this location. We came back because of the care they took in helping us get exactly what we wanted. Tony our salesman was great. We would recommend thislocation if you are interested in an Acura
