Stress Free Experience

Tony at DCH Montclair Acura made the experience of shopping for a new car extermely pleasant. He walked my wife and I through the entire process and took his time to ensure we understood every detail of the transaction. We very much recommend Tony and DCH.

Great Dealership

wife couldn't be happier

After my wife was begging me for an upgrade from her Mazda (which we bestowed to our daughter), I figured an Acura would be an excellent choice for her. I had visited a couple of other Acura dealerships prior, but for some reason, the dealers could not get me to pull the trigger. Low and behold I meet Jose L. at DCH, who not only had an instant charm, but was extremely knowledgeable of each vehicle. He didn't impose his suggestions like other dealers would, but simply guided me along the big process. An hour later, I finally made my decision to get a TL. It's been a few months and all I can say is, HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE. I would totally suggest this dealership to any friends (and husbands trying to earn points with their wives) and especially suggest you seek out Jose!

The best buying experience to date :-)

I have purchased a number of car over the past few years and Tony Karazia made this last experience the most wonderful and painless process to date. There was no pressure to buy, They had the car, color and potions we wanted in stock. I did most of the work over the phone, and just came in to sign the papers and get the keys. Awesome management! Awesome Sales Staff.!!

Excellent Service

This dealership was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked one on one with Jamie Borja to purchase my first Acura. Knowledge is key!

I can honestly say that I walked in to educate myself on SUVs. I was helped by Tony Karatzia. He was not intimidating to speak with. There was no pressure to buy that day which is very important to us when we make a decision on where we will be buying from. He showed us the RDX and MDX. Knowledge if the product and friendliness of Tony is key in our return to this Acura opposed to other makes of SUVs.
