DCH Montclair Acura

I've had prior bad dealership experiences in the past. When I walked in, I was quickly assisted by Barbara. She was able to get Keith to help me out. Once I told him I was looking for a particular car (Pre-owned Acura TLX), he brought out the keys and brought over the car. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He had zero issues bringing out the invoice with all of the car price, optional equipment, taxes, DMV fees, etc. I then asked for the same thing for the new Acura Integra, in order to compare the prices. Keith was quick to get the invoice for the Integra. At other dealerships, there was always an excuse for not printing out such paperwork, and would ALWAYS write things out on a piece of paper. DCH Montclair Acura and Keith had nothing to hide and were very honest! Then we met Shawn Singh in Financing and he was fantastic! Once he heard about our previous bad experiences, he only brought up options that may be relevant to me. When I said I didn't want one of those add-ons, he was not pushy and accepted my request. He was very kind and patient when I was reading through the paperwork and second-guessed the numbers. Shawn, Keith, and Barbara are the reason why I now believe there are good dealerships out there. Fantastic people to talk to and to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

Like most people I hate the car buying process, which I was dreading more than ever due to shortage of new and used vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at DCH Montclair Acura! Ironically this may have been the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer. Everyone from the sales advisor and sales manager to finance manager were honest, easy to communicate with and straightforward. We’ll definitely be back!!!!
