DCH Acura was super helpful and ridiculously easy to work with! I went with my boyfriend to purchase his new 2023 Integra and this wasn't my first choice of Friday night plans, but it was such a great and easy transaction. We had the pleasure of working with Bonnie Malcomson. The minute we met she was so relatable and very easy to work with. We are a young couple and this was my boyfriends first big purchase. Bonnie was easy going and very supportive. Purchasing a car is a very stressful situation but Bonnie was truly a wave of peace and kept my boyfriend and I at ease. She really had our interests and needs at top priority and was very flexible/helpful during negotiations. She kept a great attitude and kept things running smoothly. My boyfriend has a lot of car knowledge and Bonnie recognized this as well, she was not overly pushy which we loved! When we asked to speak with her manager Michale, to finalize pricing negotiations she was super pleasant about it and was never bothered. Michale was very kind as well and very approachable, how could he not be if he was rocking a matching tie and sock combo with his cute dog on it! Overall a very easy and smooth experience! We will 100% recommend DCH Acura and especially Bonnie for future purchases!
