Paul Wong was super friendly and helpful. He even stayed late with me to make sure my car was finished and I was completely satisfied. That speaks volumes of his character, professionalism, as well as the great way this dealership is ran. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!! 10/10 by far

Amazing salesguy with layback style, this type of attitude is well appreciated. Does not persuade me to buy something I might regret later nor push me back as this car is not for you. So he well respected the customer to make their decision while providing them all the non-biased facts. This is what sales people supposed to do business. Very appreciated.

I had a great experience buying my first car from DCH Montclair Acura. Being a younger female who is new to the car market, purchasing a car is pretty intimidating but Omer, Keith, and Al took great care of me and answered any questions I had. Omer, the auto technician, responded to every question we had and sent pictures as requested. He even went the extra mile to point out any flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises when we saw the car. He also made sure to show us every inch of the car by putting it on the lift and was willing to take his time explaining the features of the car. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Keith, our salesman, and his knowledge of the cars themselves. Al was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions when it came to finances. He was more than willing to help us explore various options for financing and payments and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way with his light-hearted jokes every now and then. All in all, I came without a vehicle and left with one that I could not be happier with :)
