Toan is the hardest working car salesman I've ever met. After having several horrible experiences with dealers it was a pleasure to work with him. Toan was honest, personable and bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I wanted. Didn't have to listen to any typical salesmen BS crap. What a pleasure!

Mitra was courteous and friendly. We discussed my needs and what type of vehicle I was interested in. Once Mitra understood that I wanted to lease a Town and Country he was able to get me a deal that I was very satisfied with. No hard sale, just a nice guy. I would do business with Mitra again and would recommend him to my friends and family.

They really know how to treat there customer the worst way possible. Bully attitude , arrogant behavior is there specialty. Watch out people ...... Milton claims to be a manager but treats the customer worst then garbage. I regret that I ever bought my car from there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Mitra was a very good sales person. He got us the price we wanted and knew exactly what we wanted. It made the experience less stressful. He was very kind to us and very personable. I would send all my friends and family there.

I have leased four vehicles from this dealership over the past ten years. I have always been very satisfied with sales and service. I have never had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Last November I visited Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Paramus to see about leasing a new Journey. I still had 11 payments to go on the 2010 Journey I was leasing at the time. I knew it was a long shot, but it never hurts to try. At that time I met Mitra Surojit for the first time. He made an honest effort to crunch the numbers, but told me it wasn't possible. He was up front with me and didn't waste my time. I returned just last month in reponse to a Memorial Day weekend sales event. As soon as I walked in, Mitra remembered me. He still had notes from our first meeting six months earlier! He thought we could do something. It took a little haggling, but we finally settled on a car and a price. Mitra didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want. He never seemed frustrated with me, even after a couple of "false starts." His service was personal, and he had a great attitude throughout. I'm a happy camper.

I own a dodge caravan 2003 and it has been on this service departemt for over 17 times in the last 4 months for the very same issue , they had me replace , the body control module , windshield , wire hardness and many more parts and the car has the very same issues , i really had it with them , ive contacted CHRYSLER to make a complaint , they have help so far , but after last night when i picked up the car and was charge again even after they gave me a letter where it says that i wont be charge again for the same issue . avoid it at all cost , this place is a rip off , chrysler has sent my vehicle to a different dealer and they will take care of all the expenses to get this resolve .

I walked into the jeep dealer with the thought of purchaing a used 07-09 grand cherokee jeep. my sales rep was mitra he was the best, he kept a smile on his face as well as mine even when i was not satified with the choices i saw. he didnt give up, although i had no plans of purchasing a new 2012 cherokee i decided to look at them. Mitra worked out an affordable rate which i couldnt resist, needless to say i walked out with a 2012 grand cherokee satisfied and happy. THANKS MITRA!!!!!!!!!!!

When my husband and I got to the dealership, Rafael was standing outside greeting customers. I had just had a terrible experience at a different dealership, and was expecting the same, BUT, Rafael was so courteous, friendly, and helpful. He didn't try to sell me a car, he showed me my options, based upon my price constraints. It was such a pleasure, so easy and even had a few laughs. Amazing! I got a Grand Cherokee, and just love it! Be very Careful when buying a car from this dealership! Once you give them a deposit they add charges. I had in writing one price after I gave them my credit card they increased the price with charges they were never disclosed! BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE IF YOU CAN

Our experience with Mitra was great. He was very informative and willing to work with what we had to offer. A few weeks have passed by and we went back in and he was just as helpful with all our questions and needs.
