I highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda if your looking for a a new vehicle. This is my 4th time leasing and from 2 previous great experiences I knew I had to return. I had the pleasure of working with 3 wonderful men; Diego Cozar, Omar Saleh and Hamad Deeb. All were extremely professional, patient and thorough with my husband and I. They gave us exceptional service. My lease was up and I wasn’t sure whether to lease again or finance the vehicle I had. Diego broke everything down for me, from how the process works to pricing for each option. Its a lot of information and it can be overwhelming which is why I appreciated his time and patience since I was torn on what to do. I currently feel happy and confident with the decision I made and it’s nice to know there is someone you can trust especially when making such a large purchase. I had worked with him previously and talk about excellent customer service he remembered me and made me feel like family. Met Adolfo Marte at the bank a couple months ago and he told me to visit him at the dealership. Fast forward months later, I finally walk in and he still remembered me from before. He was very professional in discussing the different deals Honda had to offer and I could tell he wanted to offer me a car that I would enjoy driving.
