DCH Paramus Honda

The service at DCH Honda was stellar and the purchase process was a breeze. No pressure and walked out with a great deal. Adolfo was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We are on our third card with DCH and will continue to return for years to come.

This is my fourth or fifth car from this dealership, and I always leave happy with the experience. I was thinking about going with a Camry or an Accord, and started at Glen Toyota. I sat for fifteen minutes and not one person approached me. The inside looked like it was 1980, and the manager, who was definitely busy, walked past me without asking if I needed help. I really wanted to at least drive the Camry and have something to compare the Accord with, knowing I was probably going to get the Accord anyway. Paramus DCH is a class operation. Everyone is friendly, everyone treats you with respect and everything inside the showroom is what you would want from a dealership. They treat you like you are going to go online and write a long review lol. Alex was my sales person, and despite the obligatory back and forth about prices, we struck a deal. Really appreciated how customer centered they are and how I didn't feel like there were hidden fees and gamesmanship involved. Yes there were some bumps in the road, but we got through them and I left wondering why I ever thought of getting anything but a Honda and why I would go to any other dealership.

Came with my father to search for a car. We were thinking about ford but that was changed as soon as Adolfo Marte showed us around. His wisdom and knowledge helped us choose the best car. Adolfo was an awesome help and I’d recommend him 10/10 times !!
