We just purchased a new Pilot Touring from DCH Paramaus Honda. Alex Burnabe was our advisor and he made our purchase an absolute pleasure and a no-pressure buyer’s experience. Alex patiently explained our financial options and their monthly payment scenarios; he elaborated on some pros/cons of various payment options and some general customer stats as well. We were then able to make an informed decision. He was very courteous and professional. DCH was supposed to be one of several dealers we were going to visit... The customer service provided by Alex "the Dude" Bernabe was absolutely superb. Upon meeting Alex, my daughter and I were immediately impressed with his effervescent personality and smile. His knowledge , "know-how" and patience were readily evident as both my daughter and I were in the market for new 2019 Hondas.....ALEX MADE THE LEASING PROCESS PAINLESS...He is definitely an asset to your organization! I found the trade-in negotiation process to be incredibly unpleasant and frustrating, and will never buy again at DCH Paramus Honda. I was severely low-balled on my trade-in, after having invested hours on my car purchase. People are busy on weekends, and tired after a week of work. They don't want to haggle with your hype-aggressive negotiators and prolong the process. I ended up agreeing to a price I regretted. That's no way to build a relationship. I also felt that the paperwork took way too long. I spent little time reviewing paperwork compared to how long it was processed behind the scenes.I was there for 4 hours, and a good portion of the time I was waiting.
