My family and I came into discuss our options re: our lease. Through sometime and review, we felt it best to buy our current lease in which Adolfo guided us with patience and information, without pressure. It was an easy process and that’s what was most important to us.

Alex Bernabe was amazing. He helped me through smooth transition in returning and in leasing a new CRV. He answered all my questions, recognized and acknowledged all my concerns. He’ a great sales personnel. Well recommended to everyone. Ariel explained and demonstrated the features of the vehicle very well.

Went to Paramus Honda today to get my mom the new 2019 Honda Pilot and the process went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Alex. They were also very thorough and efficient in explaining the overall process of leasing the car and showing us the car’s features.

Roman Fana was amazing. He explained everything about the CRVEX which made our decision easy. He’s a great sales person I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I was very satisfied with DCH personnel. I was treated with the utmost courtesy; was not rushed into making a decision and salesman Mr Mohammed assisted me with all details I did not understand. Again, I am very happy I made the decision to visit DCH Honda.

Harold is patient and kind. He really took the time to help me out and made sure that I was ok. I thought that there was something wrong with my wheels, but it turns out it was a huge nail stuck in my tire. unfortunately, I would not get an appointment for another few days, but the noise was so loud that I was afraid to drive the car. Harold came out, got down on his hands and knees, and took a look at my wheels and found the problem. All I had to do was stop at a tire shop, they took 10 mins to fix it. Harold, you took a load off of my head that day and I appreciate.

As most of us have experienced, it is very hard to find honest sales people in this automobile sales industry. However, Adolfo Marte is one of the very few exceptions to this. I have successfully made a couple of deals with him and will continue giving him the business as he deserves it, no questions asked! in addition to his honesty and integrity, he is a very sharp and friendly advisor when it comes to leasing or purchasing vehicles. His patience and hard working attitude makes it happen. During my first experience, I had a better quote from another dealer and Adolfo confidently said that it was false and non-promising. I did not believe him as the other dealer had confidently lied to me. After reaching to that other dealer and wasting 6 hours on the table, I realized, Adolfo was precisely right. Adolfo welcomed us back and still gave us a great deal. After checking with few other dealers, I felt that the price he gave me was unbeatable. DCH Paramus keeps very large inventory and provides excellent platform for every types or buyers.
