DCH Paramus Honda

I recently purchased a new 2018 CRV from DCH Paramus Honda. I loved my 2003 Honda Pilot, but at 204,000 miles it was time for a new car. So my decision to remain a loyal Honda driver was a sure thing. After researching dealers in the area, I chose DCH Paramus Honda based on positive reviews. I was not disappointed. My experience from the salesman Dennis Estrada to F&I manager Christian Graciano to the Delivery Specialists Sami and Brianna was amazing. Their professional and courteous treatment was so refreshing. You hear horror stories of pushy and rude salesmen, Dennis was the complete opposite. No question or request was ever ignored or considered too trivial by any of the above DCH Paramus Honda personnel. Thanks to them I am a proud and very satisfied Honda CRV owner.

We went to another dealer before it was a Toyota dealership in new Rochelle and they did a switch and bate. I was so upset since third kid was due soon. Anyhow, I search for another car that I was interested In and its in paramus nj which is more than an hour away. I was skeptical at first but when we spoke to Adolfo Marte he was great and he said he would hold the car for us. Next day we went and he had the car ready for me to test drive. He was honest with the price and even itemized what is expected. I'm very happy with him, and the customer service is awesome. I will recommend to friends

Abel Fermin was my sales consultant, who I met in my recent visit. Abel listened to my needs and was very helpful throughout the process of leasing a new vehicle. The service provided by John Medrano was exceptionally great when finalizing the deal, as well as answering questions. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service provided by the team and in-love with my new car.

Got a solicitation letter from different Honda dealer - tried to call them few times: strange voice box, never returned my calls Decided to try DCH dealership, found Hamad Deeb from whom I bought previous Pilot. Him and Eli went thru an ad I had and honor it - 30 minutes total. Perfect. On delivery day Brianna F. was very helpful going thru car settings, I am rusty with new technology, crush course in using Apple Car play was especially helpful. Thanks a million
