The DCH Sales Team did good work in getting me into a new Honda Accord Lease. The staff was friendly, answered all of my questions and offered a good deal.

I came in with zero expectations as I had just recently had a very bad experience with another Honda Dealership in the area 2 weeks prior. I met with Adolfo Marte as we have spoken over the phone a few days back to set an appointment. When we met he had the CRV Touring exterior and interior color that I wanted ready for a test drive. From speaking with Adolfo it was evident that he cares about the customers and more importantly he was very transparent throughout. He was very calm and courteous but very knowledgeable who’s is a big plus. He took his time explaining the procedure and was never pushy like some car sales people could be. It was with great pleasure and relief to have dealt with Me. Marte. I will surely recommend him to friends and family.

My husband and I visited the dealership on Tuesday ready to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot and were completely disrespected and treated horribly by the Sales Staff. Our Associate knew close to nothing about the inventory and he obviously was not empowered to make a deal or give a quote. After wasting more than an hour of my time, he brought bullish xxxxxxx out to try strong arm us by not giving us a quote until we would confirm that we had a deal. Disgusting way to treat a customer. We will never recommend the dealership and left and went to Toyota and bought a 2019 Highlander that afternoon.
