Salesman Danny Jackson was very knowledgeable and cordial and very attentive to every request and detail. Finance Manager Mike Jaloudi was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the financial end and Laura Santos was really great about showing us every feature of the vehicle and set-up our phones, music and all the safety features.

Bought pre-owned Honda Civic
Replacing a 1993 Honda accord that was still running reliably. To avoid any problems that may arise with an older car, I decided to upgrade. Bought a 2015 Civic. Car selection & test drive took 30 minutes; all details (plates, registration, call to insurance agent) taken care of. Hope, in the future, paperwork time can be reduced several hours.

Painless
I went in knowing what I wanted and the sales consultant Chong Lee answered all my remaining questions and was honest. He made the process that took a couple of hours feel like I was only there for an hour. I would definitely recommend DCH Paramus if you are looking to purchase.
