Maria and Weatherly

3 years ago I leased a vehicle from Paramus Honda and the sales rep was Maria. 3 years later and I reached out to Maria for another lease. The experience was fantastic. She listened to what I was looking for. I love my CR-V. I also want to thank Weatherly in the tech dept. I am not the most tech savvy person but she took the time to ensure I understood how everything worked and I was able to show my husband how everything works. I highly recommend these two woman for your vehicle shopping experience.

Excellent experience at DCH Paramus today

Met with Kamal today to discuss a new lease. He was very professional and no nonsense. Very pleasant and helpful. Dealership is very nice, clean and comfortable. Kamal and DCH Paramus met my need and I am very happy to have chosen this dealership for my lease. After all the paperwork I met with Weatherly to go over the features of the car. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with assistance. Thank you DCH Paramus and I look forward to my next visit for service.

Good Deal on a Great Car

Shop around first and then visit this dealer because chances are that you will be purchasing or leasing your car from them. The entire staff was respectful and very attentive to our needs. The sales staff negotiated honestly and openly, and we arrived at a good deal on a 2018 CRV. The finance staff made closing the deal easy. Afterwards the delivery staff clearly explained all the car’s features. Kudos to Chong Lee, Hamad Deeb, Liz Vargas and John Medrano for making the experience as pain free as possible.

An easy, productive, and satisfying experience

I had an extremely positive experience looking for a new vehicle. The whole process happened from start to finish much faster than I had thought. I thought the dealership had an extremely good inventory of Civics which made me end up being quite happy with the car I got.

Great experience!

I truly appreciated the professionalism. I never felt pressured. The salesman was very willing to explain all things to me and take the time to do it. You also had an excellent inventory of vehicles.

Excellent Customer Service & Professionalism

A big thank you to the team of Paramus Honda - especially Eli, Carlos and Dee who assisted me in the purchase of my Honda Fit. Not only do they all posses excellent customer service and professionalism, they were efficient, pleasant and down to earth. I was there by 7pm and walked out a new car owner by before 9:30pm feeling I was given all the information needed to make the best choice for myself. I would highly recommend them, as they also have an amazing facility. Very clean and personable.

Poor Communication and Service

I came for an oil change and to get my air bag recall done. I came at 7:30 am left my car with Natasha Nedd the service advisor. Then I never heard back from them. I followed up at 5pm via text and never got a reply so i called them and kept on getting Natasha's voicemail. I left a message and texted. Still no answer. At 8pm I asked the service operator where was Natasha and she told me that she was gone for the day. She told me that the car was not ready and that a part was not available. I told her i need my car and that I was never informed about this earlier so I could make arrangements. She put me on a long hold then told me that my car is ready all of a sudden. I go to pick up my car and no one reviews what was done with my car I am just handed pieces of paper by Frankie and told to go to the cashier. I complain to the cashier and she takes back to Frankie who tells me the service manager is not around and to just leave and forget about the fee. I tell him that is not the point that I need to talk to a manager. He tells me to leave and speak to the manager the next day. I tried to contact the manager today and nothing so far. Poor service!

Fantastic service

Diego and Weatherly were absolutely wonderful. I initially visited Honda in West New York, NJ, and had a pushy salesman that attempted to pressure me into giving him my credit card moments after meeting. Diego, however, was patient, helpful and sensitive to my budget. He even spent his day off assisting me, ensuring that I went home with the car that I absolutely love. Weatherly was also amazing to work with. She was informative, thorough and patient as she stayed after office hours with me. She ensured that I understood exactly how to use all functions of my new car. My overall experience at DCH Honda was fantastic and I can certainly see myself being a lifelong customer.
