DCH Paramus Honda

My experience with the three people I have marked off below was a very good one... thank you very much..... I plan to return again

We've been leasing from DCH Paramus Honda for at least 12 years now. And every time we are there they've treated us with great care and respect. Maria Alcantara is the one you want working for you. She knows how to treat a customer and does right by you. She's absolutely the best! The cars now are fancy with so many interior features, and I appreciate having a person that knows them well and takes the time to explain each one. Alex is a so well-versed. From when you enter to when you leave there is Georgia at the front desk...such a pleasant and welcoming woman. Thank you for always making it a wonderful experience.

I would like to say something honestly, I went to paragon honda in quenss l was looking for Honda Accord 2018, they just processed all papers work than we met again, honestly they were nice but they pushed me a lot which Is l dont like!! When l was in restaurant somewhere in quenss l just met someone and he told me that please go to paramus honda and ask for Kadir before you buy a car. Next day l went there and met with Kadir! He wasn’t as a salesman he was one of my family members, l felt so peaceful when l was talking with him, so many many thanks kadir,it’s my first car of course l will not forget my first car and l will not forget there is a honest man!

Dennis Estrada is everything a great salesman should be - he listened to my needs and budget for a pre-owned Honda Accord and showed me the 2 currently available models that were on target with my specific needs. I test drove both offered my take on them. He concurred with my honest assessment. He offered a third option a tad over my budget but lower mileage but no moon roof which I love so no go. I chose the 2009 EX-L but damage to leather console & door could be game changer. Manager agreed to repair and I bought the car. Everyone from Georgia at the front desk to Dennis to Mike the pre-owned manager were first rate team - 5 stars to a fantastic team!

My salesman, Jenssy Diaz did a great job at helping me get my new 2018 Honda Civic. He was willing to work around my budget and I was able to leave with a brand new car lease. Jenssy even assisted me in removing some things from my older car to the new one. He and the other staff members made sure to explain all features in the vehicle before I left. I would not hesitate in recommending Jenssy as a salesman as well as this dealership.

I didn't have too many expectations, after all, it's a car dealership. But right from the get-go there was a genuine attempt to make us feel comfortable, with no waiting. The facility is nice, not too much, but hey, it is not a Ferrari . The agent, Maria, really listen to my requirements, and with much patience, showed and explained everything I needed to know. When the initial offer did not meet my expectations and ability, she and her manager made every attempt until we've reached to an agreement that I was comfortable with and able to afford.

We've been dealing with Maria Alcantara for over a decade and she is simply the best! She always takes care of us! We've moved to Wayne a few years ago but continue to keep going back to DCH Paramus Honda because of Maria!

Alex was very honest and knowledgeable guy. He answered my questions very nicely and helped me select my car options. Didnt push for anything, was very honest while answering the questions. Easily one of the best salesman I came across in my first ever new car purchase experience. Highly recommended!!! Very nice person.

Came in looking to trade in my old civic which had body damage and purchase a new car. I was helped by Chong Lee who made my wife & I comfortable and confident in buying our new 2018 CRV. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent attention to details, courtesy and patience. A very professional and welcoming environment. No pressure to make purchase and good explanation of all options. Great follow-up to site visit.
