I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found its way into my car due to a loose grommet. Not understanding how that could've happened or who was at fault, Bruce Laga explained to me my situation. He explained to me what was the best course of action and took care of problem. They immediately contacted me the same day to rectify my frustration. They kept me in the loop on the steps they needed to take to make sure that I remained satisfied. 5 star is just perfect to drscribe my experience at dch, becausw i cant point out a single element that i wasnt satisfied with. The sales representative was extremely friendly. He took his time to educate me about all the available options under my budget and made sure that I made the decision that was just right for me. All other staffs who helped me through the process were very friendly.
