This is the second experience I have buying a vehicle and it was completely different from the first one. At DCH Paramus Honda, I got the best price without hidden prices. Jenssy, dealer representative, was terrific, very patient and knowledgable. He patiently showed my wife and I the HRV and CRV which we were looking to choose from and he even took us for a test drive with both even though they closed at 9pm. Roberto took time explaining all the features with a no pressure approach and stayed with us until 9:45pm. We left without buying the car as we were still not sure which one to go with but Roberto made this a great experience as well as providing a good price and we will return to DCH Paramus to finalize the purchase with Roberto's help as well as recommend others to your dealership. Roberto is a great asset to DCH.

We were trading in our old car and he asked if we cleaned it out “of course” was our answer. He then asked about our EZ-Pass, which we had forgotten. Not only did he get it from the old car, but attached it to the new one. Additionally he was helpful with regard to explaining the financing, as well as the registration issues. Additionally Matt from the sales management section was helpful and courtesy. This was a “no aggravation “ auto purchase”, thanks guys. E Berry
