I was very disappointed in the customer experience. The follow up on registration and administration was awful. No help from the salesperson. CJ posed as a manager and then I found out he was just another salesperson? Sell the car and then move on, that is how they operate. The phone system is ineffective. When they answer the phone, "Hello, please hold". And then you are holding for 10 minutes. That's if they don't hang up on you, which happened to me once.

I used DCH for my last three Hondas and Kadir is a great salesman. He helped me as soon as I got there and made the process simple. He also worked hard to get me a great deal. I highly recommend him to anyone.
