GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Dear Honda Team, I just wanted to say thank you for my amazing buying experience at Honda, Paramus, NJ. I went in last week just to look around and the excellent customer service that Mr. Hamad Deeb greeted me with, behooved me to return. I felt good. I felt that the sales associate I was dealing with knew his product. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a professional, knowledgeable and in an non-carsalesman manner. I appreciated that. He was honest, straightforward, and very patient. He took his time to explain my options and asked very specific questions as it pertain to what I was interested in. His courteous and professional manner convince me that I absolutely chose the right dealership and person. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my whole experience at Honda. There was no pressure and all my options were discussed. Some I knew about, but most I had no idea existed. Even after my purchase was complete Mr. Deeb proceeded to assist me in the car and spend an additional hour and a half explaining each device and its function. I appreciate his commitment to providing high-quality customer service. In addition financial advisor Bob, also showed complete professionalism. The price was right the service was amazing and the feeling that the staff at Honda, more specifically Mr. Deeb provided was awesome! It's refreshing to walk into a dealership in not feel pressure, but feel like someone understood and was willing to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions, which we all know it's very rare these days. Frustration Turns to ELATION!
Frustration Turns to ELATION! Weeks of planning, research, explanations, shopping, and internet searches all became trivial when I walked into the beautiful DCH Paramus showroom. During our annual neighborhood block party we were discussing the car buying process with our best friends and they made the suggestion that I contact Hamad Deeb at DCH Honda in Paramus New Jersey. "Hamad Deeb" !!!!! what kind of name is this....did his parents not like him? After several minutes of laughing they explained that I would never have a better car buying experience....and the only problem I would have is to stop him from asking if he could explain "ALL" the hundreds of features of the car..... one more time! Hamad would be considered "CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE TOP!" I will give you one quick example...during the paperwork phase of the purchase..... in the middle of answering questions and speaking to the insurance company , my wife asked me to get her a "Vanilla Cappuccino" ( FREE in the dealership ). I explained that we would be going to sign the papers in the business office and we would get it on the way home. By the time we had reached the business office two Vanilla Cappuccino's were on the desk were my wife and I would be signing the papers. I thanked Hamad and renamed him Houdini which I felt better suited him. After the paperwork was signed Hamad was waiting with the keys, and the temporary license plate, registration and insurance card. Do yourselves a favor....go experience what car buying is supposed to be....and by the way...Hamad also got me the best price of all the dealers in the area. PS: If you want the extended warranty...give him a sad face....they will reduce the price a little! Good luck with your New Car... We LOVE OURS!!!
