Best Dealership around ask for CJ Slitas he's the best
I have had a fantastic relationship with this Dealership for many years. This is my third car from them and 5th Honda in our family. DCH Paramus NJ is by far the best. We deal with CJ Slitas the Manager and Alex Bernabe the Sales Associate. Together this team made my 5th experience a pleasurable one. You can't beat their deals and customer service. Salesman lost a sale over greed of commission
My boyfriend and I went to the Honda dealership on Route 4 in Paramus, NJ last evening. The salesman Luis was not willing to negotiate a price for anything, and told my boyfriend "people pay the sticker price." We were willing to pay $28k-$29K and drive a CR-V off the lot, but he would not budge from the $31k sticker price. We know new 2018s are coming out/are out and he still would not budge. I saw online a "leftover" 2017 for under $20k (reduced to make room/summer sale) and I asked about that, to be told "we don't have any leftovers," and I told the salesman I saw this online 3 days ago, with no response. I asked "you sold ALL of those "leftovers" in 3 days?" and I got no answer. He asked my boyfriend how did we know when the 2018s were being released and my boyfriend told him "we have internet and a TV." My boyfriend's brother also got duped there as he was sold a used car with 180k miles for $5k. The car was only worth $1k-$2k on KBB. Needless to say, they lost an immediate sale over greed and we're purchasing somewhere else today.

Buyer Beware
I purchased my car from this dealership on July 18th. I reside in NY so I was given a temporary registration that expires 2 days from now. I do not have my permanent plates or registration. The dealership not only is unwilling to renew the registration, they have now told me 6 times that it's perfectly ok for me to keep driving the car after the temp expires, which is appalling, not true and very illegal. There were other smaller issues with the purchase, including a refund they owe for accessories that I am not having installed that I still have not received. They also seem to not know how to handle wire transfers for down payments and the general managers do not care to call you back. Terrible purchasing experience. They have great prices but in the end, it's just not worth the aggravation. This purchase occurred 18 days ago and it's still not done. Come Monday morning, I will not be able to legally drive my car.

Awesome Salesperson: Maria Alcantara
The highest rating for superb service is a ten. Maria Alcantara deserves a twenty-two!!! She was and is devoted, dedicated to giving her very best and I would recommend the Paramus dealership because of her. I purchased a new Honda Civic and could not be more pleased with the initial experience and it continues with Maria's care. John Medrano and Lenny Ramos also deserve an honorable mention.

I would recommend this dealership
I went to another Honda Dealership near my home and we could not agree on a price. I called Paramus Honda and they gave me a price over the phone and stuck to that price! My salesman Alex was easy to work with as was the manager. I would recommend this dealership.
