From the moment we walked into the dealership we were helped with anything we asked for, no questions asked. First we spoke to Danny Mueses, who was patient and understanding in hearing out our problem regarding the tires on my Honda Civic. The conversation was kept in a calm and collected manner no matter what, and Danny did everything he could to try to help our situation. We were also referred to Frankie Sanchez, an express service advisor at the dealership. He was very kind from the very beginning and also did everything in his power to assist us. He remained composed and diligent throughout the process, and we were happy to have such a devoted professional help us. My service advisor Terrence Persaud was wonderful to work with...he was very knowledgeable about my Honda CRV and even found an item that I was not aware of that was covered by my extended warranty. He contacted the company and had everything approved and fixed the same day. Needless to say he had the patience of a saint to work and explain things to me, someone unfamiliar with the mechanical workings of a car. He went way above board to help us.
