DCH Paramus Honda

This was my first experience buying a car, and Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda made it the best experience for me. That day we went to 2 other Honda dealerships where i was very disappointed and discouraged, it seemed like i knew more about the car than the sales people did, they didnt really care about what i wanted, and they were not really helpful, they were just trying to sell. When i went to DCH Paramus Honda it was totally different experience. Hamad Deeb cared about my wants, asked me what features I wanted my new car to have, he wanted to make sure i'm getting the car that had everything im looking for included. He was also very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the car and its features. I read about the car and its features a lot before coming and thought i knew all of them, but Hamad showed me a lot of things that i didnt read about and didnt know the car had, he did everything to get my car for me as soon as possible. He spent a lot of time to show me how everything in the car works, helped me to set everything up after i purchased it, made sure i understood every step and left the dealership with knowing as much about the car as he did. My mom, who went to buy the car with me, has more experience buying a car and she never met anyone like Hamad, she was very impressed and happy about Hamad's knowledge, passion and willingness to help me, she almost bought one for herself. I was very happy with my purchase, i like the atmosphere and friendliness of people there and i will continue to service my car at DCH Paramus Honda. I would definitely recommend Hamad Deeb and DCH Paramus Honda to everyone, people there know what they sell. If i ever decide to buy a new Honda in the future, this is the place i would choose to do it.

They are the definition of great workers, they moved in a fast, answered all my questions before i can even ask them, and were very kind. Wael got me through all the paper work while Hamad was getting the car to be mine. Not only was i in a rush to leave to the airport that night but literally i had to go at a certain time from the dealer to make my flight and next thing you know I had my car pull up and i screamed it made me such a satisfied customer because i wanted to see it before i had to leave to NJ and i did also it is my first car. When my car pulled up Hamad showed me how to work the car and gave me his card fir tge future if i had any questions or concerns i can call him. I'm currently in FL and he still checks up to make sure the car is working great for me. I'm in love with my Honda Civic 2017 and will always be will in the future to go back to NJ just to buy another car from them. Best customer service I've had.

Paramus Honda is a top-flight dealership. The staff is terrific, from sales to service. They go out of their way to be helpful. It's the reason we keep going back to buy and lease our cars. Recently we got a good lease deal on a new Civic. Although they could not secure the exact car we were hoping for, they were able to get our second choice. You need to do a little homework ahead of time, but you will likely find that DCH will provide the best price to purchase or calculate your lease deal. It's probably the reason why they are the highest volume Honda dealer in NJ. Also, they somehow found a way to shorten the duration of the leasing process. We noticed a marked difference from the last time we leased. We can't say enough about the sales rep we worked with, Hamad Deeb. The man is professional, honest, respectful, and friendly, everything you'd hope to find in a car sales person. He knows his products and is diligent in his effort to work toward a reasonable and fair deal. We have worked with him in the past and hope to continue to do so in the future. We recommend speaking with him. Bottom line; If you want a fair deal with little or no haggling, then DCH Paramus Honda is definitely a place you need to check out.
