DCH Paramus Honda

We just purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey at Paramus Honda. Henry, Hamad and John made the entire process very simple and pleasurable. Henry and John worked on the details of the sale and Hamad gave us an overview of the car during our test drive and again when we picked up our new minivan. Hamad was extremely knowledgable about the model and very patiently reviewed all elements of the electronics, no easy feat since my former minivan was 12 years old and had none of these features. His thoroughness made the test drive less stressful and informative as he demonstrated many of the vehicles driving features as we drove along. We would highly recommend the team at Paramus Honda!

Last Saturday, I visited your dealership with a plan to buy a HRV. I had decided, it was time to trade in my 2007 CRV (leased & subsequently bought out from DCH). The dealership was very busy with several sales people about. The first and only person who asked me if I needed help was Juan Cabreja. Juan (who was finishing with another customer) arranged a space where we could sit to discuss my plan. Juan was professional, courteous, and thorough in his explanations. He provided answers to questions and made every effort to move the process along. When called away or if he had to go elsewhere within the dealership , he explained what he needed to do., It was a very relaxed process. When the car was ready, he provided an overview of the HRV"s controls and answered questions He stated he would be working on Monday, if I wanted to come by. He also called my home and emailed providing his contact information. I would recommend Juan to anyone going to DCH.
