I asked him a simple question about a discount on a car and instead of giving me an answer... he replies with a slick answer... I had to tell him off... he was very rude and nasty!

Alex was very upbeat and accommodating. He explained everything thoroughly, from the paperwork to the how to actually operate the features of the car. Kelvin Rodriguez, the Finance Manager, was also extremely helpful in explaining the financial paperwork and warranty options. Thank you again, guys! We knew we were in great hands once we walked into the dealership. We LOVE our first Honda and will definitely return in the future!

A painful experience sitting for hours while they went back and forth and asked the same questions over and over. I was there almost 4 hours and there were people there way longer than me. It shouldn't be so difficult.
