Easy transaction

Went in to renew a lease. Salesman (Hamad Deeb) was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all things Honda. Would highly recommend and plan on future dealings with DCH Paramus.

Excellent Custkmer Service

I had a great experience from beginning to end! Alberto worked within my financial parameters and was able to get a deal for me! Everyone was very friendly which impacted my overall experience in a positive way.

The are very helpful and nice

I tried other Honda and there not as nice as dch Honda and the make sure there customers are happy and are willing to make sure there customers walk out with what the want Jerrod and Frankie are the best

Highly recommended!!

I HATE shopping for cars. It's honestly annoying in my opinion. As soon as I walked into DCH, the customer service that I received from Mark was truly amazing. He wasn't pushy at all, got me more than I expected for my trade in and he didn't try to sell me anything over my budget. My overall experience was great! Side note: Their hot chocolate is soooooo good lol.

Great Experience

Mark took the time to explain everything in detail and show me all my options. He was very patient and respectful of my time. Mark made the whole experience fun! I'm very satisfied with my purchase thanks to Mark who checked in with me even after I drove away with my new Honda to see if I had any questions or concerns.

Long distance buyer

Mark picked me up at the airport and was a down to earth salesman. The long distance process was smooth. The car was used but he told me it was like new and it was. Very happy with my vehicle so far.

Financial numbers kept changing

I want to edit this because I want to make it clear this has NOTHING to do with sales rep Sergio. He was awesome and was really trying to work with me. He defenitely tried his best to accomodate me. My problem was with who ever was giving him the numbers. I was told different numbers over and over. Defenitely were not on the same page. Was becoming very frustrated at this. The last number given to me was $379 a month. But no, it ended up being $401 a month because the finance guy was trying to be slick about it all. I love my car yes, but did not like how the numbers kept fluctating so much. Would have been happier with the $379 a month than $401.

Thank you Jason. My question here, is, what can be done from dealer's end? If the payment can change, then yes. If not, then there is nothing that can be done.
