Frankie Sanchez was excellent, very helpful honest and forthcoming about everything. I have been going to Frankie as often as I can since I purchased my car in 2014. I would recommend anyone to see him for their service needs.

I recently walked into DCH Paramus Honda to see what kind of vehicles they had. I did not expect to make any purchase that day, simply some research. I was approached by a young and enthusiastic salesman named John Delgado. He took the time to understand my needs and why I was potentially looking at purchasing a new vehicle. He knew I wasn't looking to buy but still took the time to show me a few different options that he knew would meet my criteria. He was not only the most patient salesman I have ever dealt with, he was also the most helpful. After looking at a few vehicles that he felt were right for me, I immediately fell in love with a Honda Pilot that they had. John wanted to make sure that I made the right choice so he took the time to go with me on a few test drives so that I could see the difference between the Honda Pilot and a few other vehicles. Once I was certain that the Pilot was the car I wanted, I asked John to go over numbers with me. John made me such a great deal, that I decided there was no point to waiting or evaluating any other dealership and I signed right then and there! Dealing with John was great because he does not act like a salesman. He acts like a consultant and a friend. Thank you for everything John!!!! I will be sure to send all my friends and relatives to DCH for any future vehicle need.

I walked into the dealership a couple of days ago just to "look" at cars. Little did i know i was going to drive out with a brand new car!! Luckily, John helped from start to finish! Our salesman, Hamad was wonderful! Let's just say that I don't know much about cars but I did walk into that dealership wanting the best possible deal. Every other dealership I have went to, I have got the feeling of them trying to rip me off and at the end of the day, their job is to do that but at Honda of Paramus, I didn't get that at all. I left that dealership knowing I received an amazing deal! Hamad explained everything thoroughly and took his time with me. Even after completing everything, he stood in the freezing cold while I sat in the car and explained EVERY feature the car had and how to use them. He was amazing and had so much knowledge. Not just with Hondas but also with other cars. I will never deal with any other dealership and thats simply because I would never want to deal with another dealer other than Hamad. He truly represents Honda well!
