DCH Paramus Honda

This was our 5th vehicle that we either bought or leased at DCH. Our prior salesperson retired and Steve took over for him. Thank you Steve for making our experience just as good. You were very polite, knowledgeable, informative, and helped put us in the car that we wanted. Honda should be very proud to have you as an employee. Also a big thanks to Lou for his help in financing and walking us though the the process again with ease because of all his knowledge and being as efficient as he is. Another great DCH asset. As for DCH, we would not shop anywhere else, they have always been very fair not only with our purchases but also with an excellent service department thanks

My husband and I have been loyal Honda lease customers since 1990, dealing with DCH Honda for the first time in 2012. Our sales representative was Hamad Deeb. We were thoroughly satisfied with Hamad and made sure our second time around in 2015, we worked with Hamad again. He is a true professional, making sure every detail was taken care of and that we were totally satisfied. As a matter of fact, we walked out of the dealership with two leased cars this time. Our thanks to Hamad and DCH for making sure our experience was a happy one. By the way, DCH also has an excellent service department, therefore, we will be back again.

I just got home from purchasing a 2012 CPO CRV-EX. I contacted dealer through their website and was called within minutes of requesting information. When I arrived I was introduced to Aron Valera. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and offered beverages to us right away. We test drove two cars and after deciding which one I wanted the transaction went very smooth. We leased 2016 pilot exl. Alex was pleasant and thorough with explanation on vehicle features and different payment options to meet our needs. Both Alex and Matt were very friendly and seemed honest.

I wanted to buy my daughter a new car for school, which is always great for the person receiving the car, but brought up a lot of past apprehensions with me, based on past experiences with buying a car. I work the night shift, and really did not want to be hounded by car dealerships' phone calls or emails. Those that did, were quickly dismissed. It was our good fortune that we found Stephen Berkowitz. He is very knowledgeable and treated us with respect. He never talked down to us, nor pressure us to make the deal. He respected the fact that I worked the night shift, and worked around MY time not HIS time. In fact, when the car was ready for pick up, the only day my daughter was available to come in happened to be his day off. He graciously came in on his day off, and made sure all questions, etc were answered. The car is just the perfect fit for my daughter, and I am extremely happy not only with the dealership but mostly with Mr. Berkowitz. If you or if you know someone who is interested in a Honda, you will not be disappointed with him. I plan on referring everyone I know to him. He really exceeded all my expectations and is a true asset not only to the dealership, but most importantly to his customers, like me!
