Thankful I Came To DCH

I was desperately in need of a new vehicle and after going to a few dealerships and coming up dissatisfied, I did a little more digging and made my way to DCH. As soon as I pulled up and met Aldo Laro I knew I was in good hands. I advised him of what I was working with and he immediately made it happen. And after I signed, he went well beyond in helping me clean my trade in, and Made sure I was 100% set. He also followed up weeks after to check in and also helped me with a few things with the vehicle when I came to pick up the plates. Great place but Aldo took my experience to another level.

Best leasing experience ever

Exceptional service

Stephen was very helpful with answering all of our questions and showing us every inch of the car and all the modern gadgets inside and out. Highly Recommended

In July of 2015, I purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Hamad Deeb. I have to tell you like most people I had my guards up before I came into the dealership. However soon enough after meeting Hamad. I knew I was in good hands. He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He's also easy to talk to.. We worked out a great deal and soon enough I was driving home in my new minivan. Very satisfied with my experience at DCH Paramus Honda, and also super satisfied with the great service by Hamad Deeb. thank you.

Hamad Deeb - Outstanding Customer Service

I have had the pleasure of working with Hamad Deeb during my last two lease transactions at Paramus Honda. Hamad is the main reason I keep going back to Paramus Honda. He provides all of the information I request and is 100% honest and transparent. He follows up to make sure any issues are taken care of quickly and streamlines the entire car buying/leasing process. No marathon sessions in the dealership - just tell Hamad what you are looking for and he will work out all of the details on his time. I have been buying and leasing cars for over 20 years and Hamad is the easiest and most honest person I have worked with.

The Ritz

I had spoke to Crystal over the the phone who was very helpful with locking in the best rate for my fiance and i at the end we agreed to meet the following day we came and met Stephen who went above and beyond the call of duty suggests new options after finding out we didn't meet all the requirements for the initial sale. He was very patient (i guess it the fireman in him) answered all our question,he gave us our space but checked in with us to see if we're ready. In a nutshell it reminded me of my days at The Ritz Carlton company. Thank you very much M & R

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever

These people are only driven with one motivation, selling you a car. they will not care if it's a fair price or if they are giving you a good deal. I made a mistake and went to them on July 3rd after listening to their offer on the radio ( which turned out to be completely untrue). their General Manager came to talk to me and instead of explaining things friendly, he kept reminding me that they are very busy as if I'm wasting his time. they will hold information from you that are essential to make a decision. if you are a first time car buyer like myself, I'd advise to no go there period.

Lenny and this Honda Dealer ROCKS!!! :)

Very honest, non-pushy, team!! Lenny & Luis were great! I had a horrible experience before at another dealer and was very paranoid about car dealers but so happy I listened to my gut feeling and came back here, because it was a great experience, just like in the commercials!! :)
