I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car from DCH. Their customer service was fantastic. HAMAD DEEB the sales representative and WAEL YUNES the general manager have been the most professional, courteous and helpful service people I met with. They went out of their way to get me the car I really wanted, whether on their lot or somewhere else. Thank you guys again!

Here's some adjectives to describe this place and CJ Slitas: inconsiderate, unprofessional, dishonorable, ill-mannered, and patronizing. What "admirable" qualities to have as a New Car "Manager." Never have I been treated with such disrespect, especially when dealing with a near $30,000 item. Definitely should have thought twice when returning to this dealer, after being a loyal customer from a family of Honda drivers. Now I have 38 more months with this burden of a lease. Cannot wait to take my business elsewhere in the future.

This was the second time my husband and I leased a car at your dealership. Hamad Deeb was our salesman both times. He is the reason we returned to DCH Honda Paramus. He explained everything to us very clearly and he helped us get a monthly payment that fit into our budget. He also was most helpful in acclimating us to the new car with its new perks, e.g., Bluetooth and the rear camera. He told us to call him at any time if we needed his help with anything or needed him to walk us through something. Hopefully, when our lease is over in 3 years, we'll be back and Hamad will still be working at DCH Paramus Honda.

I want to thank the staff at DCH Paramus Honda for all being welcoming and making this experience for me worth wild. From the beginning the Internet Dept was so helpful while I had so many questions online looking at the vehicle. I was very nervous to come in but Jake, and Sabreena were very positive minded people who were very eager to help me out. Jenssy was very patient with me selling the car because I was so indecisive, He was very determined to get me into the vehicle with the kind of payment I wanted. He went over all details of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. In Finance I appreciate Jarod Hurley, he was great! Very attentive to my concerns,and he was very professional. I am very please with my experience with DCH Paramus Honda, I also love my new 2015 Honda Pilot!!

First off let me say that Dennis Estrada was excellent!!! He definitely has great customer service, he helped me from day one and made it his business that I walk out of DCH Honda with a new vehicle! He didn't just make sure that I like my vehicle he made sure that I was gonna love my new vehicle. He was very patient & very respectful to me and my daughter!
