Stephen & I corresponded mostly via text and Email as I don't like to spend my time in a Dealership negotiating. He was a man of his word as I left the showroom with the car that I wanted, with the trade in value I was looking for and they beat my price point by $200 - which was better than the orignal Honda dealership where I purchased the 2013 Accord I traded in. DCH is a nice place to go for car shopping. They have large inventory to choose from and such a friendly customer service. It started with internet request and got a call within 2 minutes. After a minute I recieved a quote with a nice discount. David from internet team helped us secure that quote and I decided to walk to dealership At the dealership Stephen helped us find a 2015 Honda Accord. It was a pleasure working with him, as he was so friendly and polite with us. Finance team helped us get a better finance rate, being new in the US I was little nervous about getting the loan approved, but they managed to get the loan approved for me and that too at better rate than expected. Overall great experience!! Me and my wife left the dealership with a smile and nice v6 accord touring !!!

I HATE the car buying process, but Hamad and Matt were professional, experienced, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They LISTENED to me and understood what I was looking for. I NEVER felt pressured. Ultimately, we shook hands on a deal that met all of my parameters and made my wife and I feel good about our purchase. Even when everything was signed, sealed and delivered (AND despite the dealership closing for the evening) Hamad took his time and insisted on teaching me how to use all of the great new features of my 2015 Pilot. I left with a full understanding of how to use the different functions / features of my new car and with a smile on my face. I still don't LOVE car buying, but it was a MUCH better experience from what I have experienced in the past. THANK YOU! Highly recommend!

Paul Park... What an amazing guy! Paul helped us find the perfect car at the perfect price. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Paul was courteous, friendly, & extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. We will definitely return to Paul & DCH for all of our future purchases. Also, the lady at the front desk was so sweet & made balloons for my son.

I couldn't have had a better experience buying a car from DCH. Their customer service was fantastic. HAMAD DEEB the sales representative and WAEL YUNES the general manager have been the most professional, courteous and helpful service people I met with. They went out of their way to get me the car I really wanted, whether on their lot or something else. Thank you guys again
